Every wednesday children have Yoga classes for 30 min. Yoga is an ancient psycho-physical development system which aims at synchronizing mind and body for a healthier and more conscious life.

The practice of Yoga is recommended for children of all ages, it promotes better body awareness, self-control, flexibility and coordination . Yoga also contributes to a better perception of children's inner beauty, further stimulating their self-esteem and allowing them to feel comfortable with their own bodies. The classes are given in a playful manner, children incorporate yoga concepts as they play, imitate animals, paint and sing mantras.

Roberta Pacini, our Yoga teacher, has been practicing Yoga for eight years. She obtained her teacher's certificate at the FMU, oriented by professor Marcos Rojo, and she continuously takes part in complementary courses for Yoga teachers at the Narayana Center for Yoga Studies.
